I hate this thread.
We need to rename it to the "How to make your MTo colleagues envious" thread - and close it off.

Great hauls on this page all - I daren't go back further.

Detron - That is an amazing package - Did you get a good price? - As the OC and Grand Prix are real collectables (IMHO) !   :tu:
And what are you doing buying anyway? - I seem to remember you selling most of your collection last year!!!
And that 'I am not an Olympic....' Goldtech/Silvertech is really swish.

Finally got my RescueTool today and promptly gifted it to my brother who drives a lot, and is a nurse and a long time member of red cross member, I hope he will like it, but not necessarily ever have to use the primary functions.

A Manager?  I had one identical to it with box marked manager, but told it was a Vagabond.

Received a replacement at Christmas.

My original was purchased in 98 or 99 and was 38$US.  So you price is good.

My current one.

It's a vagabond. Manager has only one knife blade and no cut&picker blade ;)

Just got this in the mail from Ebay...my first Super Tinker!  It's a slotted, square screwdriver with Hoffritz on the scale and main blade.  Other than some wear on the scales, it's like new!  My apologies in advance for the lack of detailed shots....my camera is the digital equivalent of a Box Brownie!!

Today I received this little SAK

being that I am from Carolina (North Carolina) I thought it would be a neat addition to my collection, and it was not expensive  :tu:
and this company is from North Carolina

now, after I enjoyed a few minutes of appreciation for a home-state business advertising SAK, I noticed some irony.  is it not Ironic to be a company that makes knives, and in order to promote YOUR business, you put your YOUR logo onto ANOTHER companies Knife!!!

ah well, it also looks like this company has merged with a Chicago based company a year ago or so, as seen here
If I can help, let me know

I bought the exact model new in box for a bargain at 10+2 euros shipping, but it's a shame I won't dare to actually use it now while it is one of the most practical keyring models .

About making people envious, I only paid 20€ for the RescueTool I recently posted.

Sometimes I wish this tool layout had survived manager gaining the pen, that model would surely be an enthusiast favorite, but Vagabonds are starting to be a bit too rare to mod.

I carry mine everyday, the 1st one was carried everyday before it was lost for over 15 years.  The best pocket EDC right there with my Micra.
Mute's new in the box instructions sheet is labeled MANAGER.
My son who gifted me the replacement also had found a earlier version of the knife with a pointed file and a flat blade screwdriver instead of the Phillips.  That is kept safe at home.
I must say those euro prices listed are a good bargain.
