Well I bit the bullet and got one of the last ones available.

Very nice. I also want one, but for now I just can't justify spending this amount of money on one knife  :wait:

Just won another SS Dogbone, this time a Duchess.
Was thinking of bidding on that one but was detained at work because i had to change a bunch of ups batteries, glad it went to a good home then. :D
Have to get my dirty paws on a dogbone someday.

I just got a brand new Supertinker from Amazon.  It's one of my favorite models.  I've had several in the past, though I can't remember what happened to my last one.  It's nice to have another one.

Cheers. It is destined to become mod fodder for one of my two-layer projects eventually. Although I change my mind about the specifics once every hour or so

Just picked up a translucent blue Camper.  I have only had Classic SD's, a Huntsman, and my dad's old 1960s-70s era SAK (some sort of Alox model... not sure which).

I like it; the 3 layers vs 4 of my Huntsman, and lighter weight are noticeable.  Now for a horizontal belt sheath, or a pocket clip of some sort. I got the Camper on clearance at the local Meijer... down to $13, plus 25% off, and I had an Mperks reward for $8 off... ended up only paying about $2 for it!

I just got this old girl from Jaydar.
A 49 Wenger Soldier.
Would I be crazy to EDC it?

I don't know the age of mine (how do I know?) but I've been carrying it for a couple of days now. It's heavy, it has less functionality than most new ones, mine's a bit scuffed (and the blade snaps into the liner resulting in a dull point) but it's oh such a nice knife.

Ah, that explains it. If you want one to collect, it's probably going to be tough to find in Europe, but if you want one as a user, the 91mm Vics aren't too hard to mod thanks to the helpful users and on this site.

That being said, the last two I acquired from a popular Internet-based auction site had the option for worldwide shipping and they appear for sale somewhat regularly.
