Victorinox Swarovski Osprey Versa 101

Very different from the other knife: the black part is made of rubber, the other appear like metal but it's plastic. No tweezer and toothpick.

 8) Interesting knife!  :like:

Well, bought another Ranger.

In my defense, it's an older, 3 backtool, Hoffritz tang stamped model...and it had a nice set of old style camo scales on it.

(Image removed from quote.)

.....and I had an open slot in my Ranger/MC case.

Gotta fill them slots!   :tu:

I finally found a Bantam for my collection.  This is only one of very few logo SAKs that I have.  I think I only have one other, a Sante Fe Classic and now this:

 :like: :like: :like: :like:

Just beautiful!!!  Also, one of the world's most famous logos!

 :tu: :tu: :tu:
Is a Bantam rare in any way??

Thank you, Bantam are not rare, still made...maybe the original Bantam with ribbed scales is more rare.
This sign is in my collection, from the 60's when American cars like a 1962 Cadillac had pointy tails.
This Coca-Cola sign is called Fish Tail.  One of my first items I collected when I was 15.  My dad helped me find these (I have a pair.)

Just scored me one of these NIB older Champion Plus's.  Not sure why I got it but probably cause it has the mag lens and inline philips and that it should fit in nicely with the Explorer's and Swisschamp's!  :)

My bail arrived in the mail and it was swell.  The tools are in excellent shape.  Hoffritz stamp. What we now call a Super Tinker, was it always a Super Tinker?  (Couldn't find any in the catalogs I skimmed)  Anyone want to take a crack at dating this one? (Looking at you JazzBass :P)  Or any info you know would be appreciated!

Very nice shape.  It'll clean up nicely.  I sure love the file on the flat side of the phillips.   :tu:
My guess is 1961-1968...but others can narrow it down even further.

Thanks FB!  Yep, gonna be a restoration day for this one  :D    May I ask what's your method for getting the scales polished/free of fine scratches?  I've been using fine Sandpaper -> Rubbing Compound -> Headlight Restoring Stuff

Got any tips for an amateur?
