The Phillips does not work, the forked pry bar does not function as a slotted driver, the prybar is not ideal for certain prying tasks.

Well, I hope the split is amicable and you keep a brave face in front of the other MTs.
...you don't see this everyday - Gerber Suspension winning multitool test by getting 5 stars while Swisstool and Charge gets 3 stars? Oh dear.http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/products/products/210961/multitool_test.html

I still think you guys are being quite harsh on Gerber. I don't know what the full retail prices are in the States but here the Gerber MP600 and LM Blast come in at pretty much the same price. Now, of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion but mine is that the Blast and the MP600 are really quite well matched in terms of built quality.Whether or not you like the features on each tool is a matter of personal taste, each tool has it's strengths and weaknesses, but I do think calling all Gerbers' products rubbish is unfair. As ever though YMMV.

I just don't want the poor chaps at Gerber thinking we all dislike their all of their products. Some are pretty below par though.
Just the MP series I believe

It is a shame that the whole product line has been dragged down by the likes of the Suspension I think everyone should at least sample an MP series tool, as they really are a great no nonesense tool

The only MP-series Gerber multitool I ever bought:1. Had such poor fit and finish that if I hadn't bought it at a retail store I would've thought it was a Chinese knock-off, and2. Broke within three days and I'm *still* waiting to get the damned thing back from Gerber's Warranty department. The only, and I mean ONLY Gerber multitool I've ever bought that I truly liked was... a Clutch. Which I gave to me dad for hiking.Solstice isn't bad either but the scissors constantly need resharpening.

I hope they sort it out soon mate.
