Yes ! Impressive collection !!!

But one is missing!...  >:D
One  There should be at least three 130mm Alinghi knifes (can't tell the black ones apart but presumably he would have put them together). And certainly the red Alinghi knife is missing.

Lol of course and the Ranger 198 and... I just wanted to tease Tosh...

But anyway it's a nice collection.
Well, I was not joking but I was wrong, there are 4 Alinghi knifes
176, 177, 171 and:
(Image removed from quote.)

Trust you to show that gorgeous Alinghi Rescue.......  :twak:  :twak:  :ahhh

Still 3 out of 4 Alinghis ain't bad  (176, 177 &  SUi1) are somewhere in there  ;) as is the 198
Was going to group them, got as far as the middle row when "She" rang to say she'd be home in 10 minutes!!  :ahhh

@ JC. - I've deliberately left room for a Ranger Giant  :D  :pok:  :pok:

I have really got to get myself a some version of that knife. a 3 layer 85mm with corkscrew and scissors would very quickly replace my Climber in my rotation.

Geez theres a lot of variations on the Traveler frame. That ones new to me.

I like the locking blade concept, and even had a S18 for a short time, but got rid of it as soon as I tried to carry it on my usual dangler setup. The lock release was too grabby in my pocket, with the back tools against my leg. The concept might work better for me on an S14, assuming is lays with the scale side against my leg instead.

Wenger offered a wide variety of black-handled knives at one time, but most of them seem to have been part of a special series call the 'Black Selection'.

Stainless or Aluminum scaled Wenger Tahara for Neiman Marcus?

extremely good shape, snaps like a bear trap and its definitely a nail breaker. I've never seen one of these even on the multi tool museum.

Wenger Soft Touch? Evo knife with clip point, and serrated scissors

Are these rare? I got it in a grab bag, it wasn't the knife I was after.
What were you after, then?

A red Alox advertising knife for Terex GM, the original "Euc".

They also manufacture cranes, I have a few American lattice boom crawler cranes which Terex eventually bought out

Don't think I've seen that version with a scissors before. A rare knife!   :tu:

Here's an earlier thread with several similar knives. Yours appears to have a more modern awl.

I have one like that too, I don't believe this one is quite that old. Here are some pictures for comparison with other similar knives I have.

Its a Wenger Tahara, commissioned for Neiman Marcus department store, with either aluminum or stainless steel scales.

Neiman Marcus is just an advertizing... Stainless steel and stamped "Wenger Tahara", I suppose it was manufactured between 1919 and 1942...

Very interesting !

I have an older one (without Neiman Marcus without scisors)... Carbon steel blades and the logo of "Wenger & Co" period, so between 1916 and 1919...

I suppose my knife was the next version of the model 504 A (A=Aluminium) of 1900's to 1910's

I suppose your Neiman Marcus was the next version of a model 506... Perhaps a "506 A" (A=Aluminium) ?

This photo comes from an old wenger document about 1900's to 1910's

My love for Wenger grows by the day!!  Here is a sunny photo of my son's Flyfisherman coupled with my Handyman.  I like carrying the Handyman because it's a sweet 4 layer that matches the thickness of a Vic 3 layer, and 85 mm is hardly noticeable in my pocket.

I'm also impressed by the lack of corrosion on the Wenger liners. My older Vic's liners have much more corrosion than the liners in my older Wengers. The finish on the Wenger's steel is also a bit better, I suppose it could be from getting less use than the Vics do. In any case, I have been fortunate to acquire several Wengers with pocket wear on the scales and ZERO evidence of use :ahhh
