im really sorry this has happened to you Badwolf. the SOG was a shelf queen to me so i didn't notice any issues. if there is anything i can do to help just let me know.i looked on there site and it looks like a free fix to me. i cant believe that happened, i used it like twice and gave up because my hands where to small. let me know how it goes and if there is anything i can do, then i will.
Well, finally got a reply from SOG's warranty department, they have asked me to send it to them with a description etc, so will do and I'll bump this thread as and when
