Any plans how to achieve your goal Lynn.?
I'm going for 1,000 Posts
Oh, and I am intending to have fun with my new puppy when I get it (Mum has been confirmed as pregnant, but I have to wait until mid Feb before I can get my hands on her/him). I'm hoping s/he will be my next dog agility champion (my current champion is getting a bit old to keep up with the young'uns on the really fast courses)
that WILL require photos Greg !i'm guessing it's a Dobbie ? (why anyone would buy any other breed is beyond me )
My resolutions:1. Have another year of injury free running.2. Get the house remodel finished up so that...3. NAMU 2013 can happen this summer.

We have an exercise bike that I don't use as often as I should. I'm going to set up schedules and goals for its use. Second, I'm making a conscious effort to keep portion size and snacking under control. We eat a lot of good, healthy food: lots of veggies, brown rice, etc. What I eat is less the issue than how much. And snack food...smurfing Cheez-Its!
Get my weight under 95kg ,I have 4kg to go, my weight got up to 106kg last year Regularly walking the 2 dogs 3km(very hilly route ) , of which I am running 1km(gradually increasing this), not coughing like a smurfd & feelings of impeding death not happening so much . + avoiding snacking & just saying to myself 'mate it is ok to feel hungry,no need to eat fat man'
To lose weight maybe we should all spend less time on-line talking about tools and more time outdoors using them
