It was in fact that the Gerber booth that Bob and I met Rick Hinderer a few years ago.  He was promoting his rescue knife at the time, and I think we even have photos of us with him.

Didn't you & Bob make a joke(possibly poorly timed  ) about a rescue knife being called a 'Hinder'  .

A rescue tool called  'Hinder' always makes me smile , a bit like Dr Blewit or a motorbike with questionable styling being called TDM
