The new coins arrived today and the opening is still to small. I tried every 1/4" driver I could find and none fit. The opening is bigger but not big enough.
Please nobody spend any unnecessary time filing your coins...we found the issue and are remaking them - again. You know what they say - the third time is the charm, right? As stated before, we make coins - not tools...(thank God, right? LOL)...and the plating process closed up our precision measured gap! It turns out we made the opening (before plating) too precise! In any case - production will begin tomorrow on batch #3.Now that we have this tool thing down, maybe we will expand our business. Our sincere apologies!
Well, given this is a multitool forum, I'm sure we all have access to some needle files, right?
Major hats off to the guys at Coins Your Way for going above and beyond with their excelent serivce.

Where can I find to buy ?
The opening looks like a fit, but it's just a hair too small, even trying to force a bit in didn't work. But, a few minutes with a diamond file and I shaved enough material off the flats to make it work.1st pic shows bit sitting on top of hole.(Image removed from quote.)2nd pic shows marked up center where I tried to force bit into hole, but it still wouldn't go.(Image removed from quote.)3rd pic shows bit fits after a few minutes with a diamond file, but I know not everyone has such files to remedy the situation...(Image removed from quote.)
