TiBolt - Community Funded
on: June 11, 2013, 03:09:04 AM
So, I'm a crowdfunding freak.  Actually, crowdfunding sites are what ultimately brought me here.  When I realized I can custom make things better than anyone else could possibly offer me.  I mean heck... everything is better when its exactly what YOU want, right?

So, theres this Titanium Pen (the TiBolt).  Originally on Kickstarter (and successful), and is now testing out a new crowdfunding site called [REMOVED] for a 2nd run.  The TiBolt is literally the FIRST project on [REMOVED]

This guy's a knife maker as well and everyone seems to like his stuff.  I missed out on his original project, but am super interested in getting this second one funded as well so I can get in on it. It seemed thered be others on this forum with interests similar to mine that would be into this kind of thing.  The funding process actually goes live on June 30th, and you get a 10% discount if you pledge in the first 24 hours.  You can have the site remind you when it goes live.

So anyway, theres more information on the site.

[REMOVED]

What do you guys think?

Some pictures do seem to make it look a little thick.  You never know till you actually get to try it out, unfortunately.  Any of your own pictures... perhaps with it in use?

Looks much like a couple of other bolt action pens out there to me.

Welcome to the forum.  We have an R&D section for this kind of thing, and unfortunately we are going to have to remove your link for the time being.  If you are interested in posting it you will need to upgrade your account to be an R&D member, which you can do for only $10/month.

One of the site mods will be around shortly to provide links to help you in the process and remove your link from the original post for you.  I'd do it but I'm on my phone at the moment.
