folding Knife suggestions. im on a budget.

I got 76.00 in my pay pal and I am looking for a new knife.

its gonna be my work folder for this summer.

what I'm looking for

3.5 to 4.5 blade
black coating blade would be nice but not a must.
tip up
made in USA preferred
decent steel
must be a knife I can trust. No junk.

the rest I'm going to leave up to you.

the best fit I could find in my budget is a Kershaw blur . I'd like to know your suggestions before I buy it. I may be missing out on a better blade.

For US made try GEC, Queen.

Cold Steel, spyderco Ontario etc.

Non US, Also SRM, Opinel, Victorinox Cold steel etc

Locking or not? Traditional?

That is one I've been looking at but in black.

I've also found endura,benchmade 530,matriarch , and some Kershaws I can afford.

Opinel would make a great work knife.
Otherwise, for "tactical" and US-made, you already said "Endura". What more do you ask for?

I own 3 endura"s already. I was hoping for something different.

made in Japan is ok.

Kershaw blur, spyderco frn manix, benchmade 530 are my top 3 right now

From those three, I think I'd choose the Blur. It has a nice grippy handle, and I love the blade shape of it.

I just received my RAT-1 and I have to say I am VERY impressed. Its under $30.00 as well. Just something to look at.

Then again I'm a bit biased, I love Ken Onion's Kershaw designs. Never had an issue with one.

After a little chat with my Mrs I got a frn manix 2 plan edge on the way.

I promised to slow down smoking cigs so I could spend my money on something I would appreciate.

she totally supported that idea.
