Looking good!If you cant find a local place for the hard anodize you're welcome to send it over here and I'll include it in an anodize run. It would have to be 6061 Al though. The other grades cant take the same current and fry.

black oxide solution
Turned the threaded pins, milled the scales thinner (it's no longer a Plus, more like a standard Alox) and managed to get the knife together tonight.https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7434/13091738104_d12c8c3296_z.jpgTook forever to assemble though - one of the holes in the scales is out of position and the screws are too long. I had to use a washer that was too thick between the knife blade and the scale so need to find some 0.2mm brass shim to make a thinner one. Finally, I need to find somewhere to hard anodise the scales for me.
