Away for the weekend

I'm going to be away for the weekend....the reason....i've gone mad!!

Actually i will be cycling coast to coast! From Whitehaven in Cumbria to Easington in County Durham...in one day

It should be around 130/140 miles depending on the route

Traveling up tomorrow and staying over night then getting up bright and early to cycle then traveling back on sunday

Should be a laugh (not!) most of the group that did the 3peaks are doing it so we should all be reasonable fit

or maybe not!

I'll try and get some pics along the way but it may just end up with before and after shots! Especially if the great British weather continues

Good luck to you buddy! Make sure to bring a GPS so you can give accurate directions to the paramedics (or hearse!) wherever you drop!

I suppose that depends on whether you just want to see where you're going, or cause oncoming traffic to veer off the road......
