I used a couple layers of bicycle inner tube wrapped in paracord.  The split ring is held by paracord.  I may do a paracord belt loop that is attached at another time, but I figured this should do for now.

Congrats on your Moras FolderBeholder.  That Eldris is a cute and capable knife.  You can use the sheath on the handle for extra handle length.
