No guarantee the clip pin end will hold up, it's your job to find out. :rofl:

I cleaned up the inside of the bolster where the rock dented it so the clip would close smoothly again.
Got the pins peened to remove the remove the blade play. Then smoothed it out and gave the bolsters a 2000 wet/dry satin finish.
I had to put a hone to the inside of the spey blade to remove a bit of blade rub it had. Damage from the rock, I would guess.

It works nice and smooth now so I think I can put it back & forget about it again.  ::)

Sometime after my vacation next month ;) I guess I do have a problem with too many knives :-[ Guess it's a good thing that most of the members here have the same problem as me though :D
