Still wearing the one and only watch I own :D
I didn't realize it, but this Japanese Movement Orient "Crystal" 21J Automatic looks a lot like your Seiko. Your Seiko and this Orient have a very aesthetically pleasing dials. :)
It does look like it  :tu: :like:
Very nice GLBM

Decided to wear one I haven't worn in a long time to give it run time. :ahhh

Jaragar day/date/month Automatic watch. Exhibition balance wheel and exhibition back. It is too big for my taste, but looks pretty good anyway. All dials actually work as they should. All buttons function to adjust the date stuff. I had expected fake sub-dials for $45. :ahhh

These Jaragar watches are cool and cheap. No worries if you scratch one. :)

Edit: oops. Date is not right.

I have low self control with spending money. My only rules are to pay bills first and never use credit to buy stuff I don't need, and only uae credit in an emergency.  Point of that is that it is slippery slop when you decide to "collect" watches.
Watches are high maintenance, W. Maybe that'll help deter you from wanting to collect them.  :dunno:
Nothing wrong with having one or two extra watches around.  You never know when your main watch will stop running.  :ahhh

MTs are my favorite collection, because they require no upkeep when unused. :)

Work today, so serious beater watch was worn. Been using this as a work watch for over 10 years. I think this is the ninth band it's had.

Divers make good beaters! I used to work at Lowe’s and I wore that one diver all the time, a few times I was moving shelving and smash, I’d be so afraid to look at it, and yet not even a scratch.. the one thing that I like is raised numbers on the bezel rather then just a flat color surface.

Indeed. They do hold up well.

This one has been subject to everything under the sun. I am not sure how the mechanical movement has endured so much vibration and serious shocks. It does gain a few minutes a week now, but that is easily remedied.  :)

This photo tells the story a bit better than the other.

Nice old cheap Casio I bought for a couple of quid in a junk shop. Bunged a new strap on it and it lightens the load on my other watch, the Citizen Eco Drive.

I didn't "wear" this today, but I did carry it to work, in my pocket, to repair the hinge. Silverloid Hunter-style Dayton movement Bristol, Conn pocket watch. It has a couple years of age on it, but runs within +/- 3-4min/day. Key wound and dial set.

Awesome!  :tu:

Love my GX-56BB (Japanese release, blacked out version) from the first day I got it. I have literally worn it ever single day and put it through the paces. It’s performed flawlessly and I love that it is solar powered. The size is quite large by normal standards even with larger watches being “in style” for the past few years, but after the first day or two the size felt great and I do not even notice the size any more than any other G-Shock I own. The only watch that I think would kick this one off my wrist is the 2018 Rangeman.  Now that’s one amazing, and expensive G-Shock that I would love to get my hands on!
I'm the milk man!
