Here's another Barnett ad, this one from 1910. Note the price has increased from $1.25 up to $2.75!! Talk about runaway inflation!

I remember an ad form an outdoor shop back at home. It was for the Leatherman Crunch, it said something like 'Can you put this in your pocket [with a vice next to the text]'.

I remember that one! Unfortunately I no longer have any of the old hunting magazines where I remember seeing these ads.

I did find this one, but they don't show a picture of the tool.

Here's another old advertisement, from 1952. It shows a crescent wrench tool and a plier tool, both imported from France by the Seaboard Steel Company.

Yes, the original was alot bigger...however I have been the victim of a hard drive crash and lost everything I had saved on that drive. However, I have sent the original to Def in a package I sent him. Maybe he can scan and email it to you. Sorry.
