WW2 Kabar USMC with the thick pommel and round peened tang . Not in the best shape and has really seen some use by the wear to the handle, but this is my earliest Kabar so far.

Got my custom  Patrick Brennan kiridashi today,this is the prototype, I won it in a competion,this thing is awesome in a primitive way  :salute:

Of course  ;) I changed the cord and added a ranger band and Ferro rod, it throws a good spark off the spine  :salute:

Here are a couple I dug out of my pile.Anyone care to guess who made them? The maker is not primarily known for making knives but rather products for the aerospace industry. Their knife line is mostly folding knives similar to a Buck 110. These are the only fixed blades I've ever seen by this company.

Nice stuff guys!

I had looked for a sheath for this one for a while.  It's similar but different from my Schrade 147 (lost in the fire) I used to hunt with. It has more belly for one thing.

Its a Western but I can't see a model number. 3 line tang stamp says Western, BOULDER, COLC (or D) then a long patent # underneath.   ???

Great old Western Robert! Look on the front of the brass guard there might be a model number there.     :)
