DAY 1

Here I am.  While I'd love to carry just one I cannot bring myself to do so.  I'm going to primarily carry my new to me Case 6207 ( 1st knife in the pic ).  I tossed in my Case Sod Buster as I will be needing to do yard work.  The others and possibly others will be used here and there as the mood strikes.

Dean my brother, this is for you , my first ever challenge.

And away we go  :woohoo:

Nice start everyone.

Day 1

GEC 64 Congress.  I remembered interacting with Dean last year when I was on GEC challenge, and it was great learning from him and many of our resident traditional experts.  It would only be appropriate to start with a GEC again.  May he RIP with all the tools he loved, and know that he would be missed on this forum.

Gec tae Fuzz Day 1

Greenhouse duty today and Mr Pemberton did an absolutely sterling job removing some foliage from the tomatoes and cutting twine etc. He made quite nice precision cuts, although I felt he could do with being just a tad sharper, so it's off to Mrs Lansky for a gentle touch up.  :tu:

Day 1.    Miss you Dean!

Beautiful knives guys. Net is molasses today.

My little Case 63087 stockman.  A great knife for small tasks or if you're wearing jeans you got last Christmas that are clearly labeled the wrong size because you're still the same size you were in high school.

Gec tae Fuzz - It's a Question of Size Bonus Pic

So you get a better idea of its overall scale - the blade length's not too bad considering it's such a tichy wee thing.

:like: it's only now i realise just how small your "Pemberton" is, shouldn't take long for Lansky to touch that up  :D

Seems to be about the same size as this Walther, thats the #2 Opi btw, not the #13

That is nice  :tu:

Day 01:

For this challenge I'll be carrying a Camillus 66.  This gem of a stockman was given to me by our own David (in a moment of insanity-driven generosity). David noted that it needs a bit of love and rehab, but it looks better than most of Fuzzy's knives after one day in his potting shed, so I figure it's ready to go. I may try to clean and sharpen it a bit, just to bring it back to a Huck Finn adventure-ready state. A lovely knife.  :tu:

(Image removed from quote.)

Sweet, i really love mine  :tu:

Look... some of us have no need to overcompensate with big knives, like Buck 110s or whatever, some of us, a few of us, are fortunate enough to get by with just a little tidler... It's disproportionate innit.

In what way ?  a lot of us are using it on the forum without issue.

There is always the MTO gallery, it has been updated and is working a lot better.
