Can the Pen challenge be done concurrently with a tool challenge?

Can this be done while also doing a tool challenge? Since this is not a knife/multi-tool? :think:

Or do I have to finish my 14th Anniversary Anything Challenge and then start this? :think:

Or can I post anything along with the same pen for a month, and get the 14th Anniversary and Pen badges? :think:

Merit Badges Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a tool made in a specific country for thirty (30) consecutive days. One badge per challenge thread. If you want the pen then start a thread for that challenge. You can do it concurrent with the Aniv. challenge.
