I spotted this on a knife group on Facebook.  I cannot confirm it's validity, but I have to say if it is true, I'm not surprised by any of it.

Regardless, Ernie is a great guy and I can only imagine how much it pains him to have to do this.

I actually met him in a class he taught on knife combat. Really nice guy and I can’t imagine what he and his team had to go through for this decision.

Good news is that we got a foothold on this pandemic. Business will come back.

The must have held on as long as they could.  There's a process to recovery and when you've depleted reserves that process is difficult to say the least.  I cannot imagine what agony they went thru to stop.  Mr Emerson, I wish you and your team all the best.
