Using the LM bit adapter for the square shank Phillips to make the ratchet driver work with a ST300 :woohoo:

Plenty of reach and torque with this :o Not sure if the driver can handle it but we might find out :ahhh :D

Now all we need is the universal tool adapter.

Thanks Stitchy and RP :hatsoff: I do wish they would.make an updated Universal Tool Adapter :dd: I have the Standard but never did track down the Universal one for a reasonable price and the prices of them have just went up steadily over the years (if you can even find one) :ahhh

I remember you doing that years ago with the Sharpie and the adapter :tu: It is a good idea and anything you can do to be self sufficient and compact is always great :like:

The way County Comm is, I would say those are long gone then :ahhh

One of the things I like about the sharpie case is you can carry extra flat bits in it.

County com still has screwdriver caps but not black and they don’t have the screwdrivers. The screwdriver caps are two for a dollar plus shipping. https://countycomm.com/products/edc-key-screwdriver?_pos=1&_sid=775a5cdc4&_ss=r

Thanks for the link, Mike :salute: :like: Would prefer the black ones but it isn't a deal breaker  :tu:

Surely someone will if they don't already, Kev :salute:

I really got to put my one through a bit of a test today :woohoo:

I helped my dad put a new retractable truck bed cover on his truck today and also had to take the old one off  The ratchet worked flawlessly with taking the old one off and putting the new one on and I even torqued down on it with a few of the fasteners taking the old one off :D It is holding up pretty good and didn't show any signs of breaking in this usage anyways :like:

I didn't get any pics of it in action  but it worked well and I even got a couple comments on how neat it was :tu:

I used the Phillips and a star bit the most on the install but also a hex head driver

Also a pic of what I had on me today with the ratchet :tu:

Now to show even more how versatile the ratchet is 8)

I paired it with some old school LM tech :dd:

:ahhh :ahhh :ahhh !!!MINI!!! :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh and the standard LM Tool Adapter :o (anyone have a Universal one cheap I might be interested  ;) )

You have some different angles that can be utilized with the standard Tool adapter  as well :like:

These two LM accessories are years apart in manufacturing (23 years apart according to the date code of this adapter) but go together quite well :like: and the ratcheting makes the old school adapter works even better

Some old school goodness just by itself :dd:

That's the first thing that crossed my mind when I saw those pics too.

A feature built in to the Crunch that is often overlooked  The 1/4 driver that is almost hidden under the screw adjustment can also be made extra great with the ratchet driver :woohoo:

 :hatsoff:

The Crunch is overdo a makeover (a Crunch + perhaps :dd: ) and I hope they either do that or keep the Crunch in the lineup as is because it is to awesome to be retired :salute:

A bigger Surge sized Crunch would be very welcomed as well

I ordered the Zapwizard Handles (Large handle and micro handle) earlier this month from Zaps website through Shapeways and they arrived today :woohoo:

They turn the Ratchet Bit Driver into a self contained screwdriver 8) The large one holds 1/4 inch bits and the micro holds the LM flat bits :tu: I got the orange ones but there are several colors to pick from :tu:

Looking good to me so far 8) I will test them out some in the coming days and weeks
