DAY 5

In order to make up for yesterdays somewhat tardy (and lacklustre post) Here's two "action shots"

Doing "manly stuff" repairing a floating shelf (that was floating too much) for STWBO  :pok:
They don't like it up 'em!

Day 6

Nothing going on today with the Armbar. My manager and I have been dealing with a rough store today. Lots of running around and documenting issues but no action for the Gerber Gang.

Excellent uses, people.  Except for Powernoodle using his blade as a scraper.   :ahhh

WDT '24 Day 06
Per Antti's inquiry, I checked both my Center Drive and Dual Force and neither of them have a numerical code under the blade.  Not sure the age of my CD but the DF was received new, directly from Gerber, in September '23.

Low key work day today. Did use the CD to free a Leatherman Kick which is now soaking in Evaporust in the garage. Now, off to do evening chores.

Had Gerber also has added date codes to Center Drive, i dont recall that i saw codes on my older CD.
Or is it just part code?

Antti, I checked both of my BO CDs and neither have a similar code.

Thanks everyone for checking, i remembered then right that my others didnt have samekind code.
If it is date code its bit wierd that not every CD have these.
I received this from warranty in may 23 Gerber replaced my old one to new since (blade linerlock bended in use) and i believe its straight from factory since it was imported to here from USA.

Powernoodle Day 7

I picked up John Adams from the vet after he was groomed, and as usual the groomer tied a bandana around his neck as some kind of fashion statement.  I cut them off as soon as we get home.  I did not want to use a knife blade for this because exsanguinating our dog would cause marital disharmony, and the Gerbers having no scissors required me to break out the ARC.  Not a big deal, but I count the lack of scissors as a strike against the Center Drive lineup.

Day 7

Today I am going to carry one of my Armbar Trades.  I guess Gerber saw all of the complaints about the Armbars not having pocket clips and added one to the latest Armbar.  Too bad it comes with a saw instead of something more useful.

Mainly using the blade to open stuff for the produce dept. No action other than the mundane

Day 7

Used the bit driver to tighten some handles that were coming loose at the house today. I will say my favorite part of the CD is the bit driver followed by the blade, then the file. They seem to get the most use. I will say I enjoy the CD more than the MP600, at least for my needs and use profile.

I cut up a pear with the CD main blade.  The blade is a good size, opening easily with just the thumb, and locking with a positive and reassuring click

I'm not quite sure why they went route Rich.  Maybe marketing to the hiking and camping crowd?
