Thanks jfuste!
Gustepher as far as I can tell the sterling silver knife (although Swiss in origin) was finished and sold in London by Alfred Dunhill in 1981. It was a gift so I have no idea of value.

Thanks for the info.  It is very cool, and I have never seen one like it  :tu:

Some of my latest I haven't had a chance to add to my site yet. Theres also a new black Farmer, silver Pruner and Bantam on my site if you want to peek. http://atmknives.wordpress.com/sak/alox/

I'm really proud of the green Pioneer, the blue Farmer, the Timekeeper and above all the olive green Cadet. It was a gift from a new friend who I bought the blue Farmer from. The Farmer was still in the blister pack but I had to touch it.
Did I mention these are nice finds? I'm particularly likin' the dark green vintage Classic  :tu:

It looks great. The pattern seems to be some sort of overlay rather than printed on. Don't know how well it would wear. Sounds like you intend to find out. Keep us posted.

I love the texture and feel in the hand - I certainly will be finding out - this is my edc and am loving it. I am thinking I need another in the same pattern - maybe a champ :)

I will keep you posted.

A couple new versions of the Cybertool 29. Apparently only available in Japan, unfortunately.

A silver Alox Electrician.  This isn't a new one for me as this same SAK was my first Alox purchase.  A little while after I decided I liked the looks of the Pioneer Rancher (that pruner blade :D) and got that one for here at work.  Well, as is my nature, I've gone back to thinking I want the electricians' utility blade instead.  I like both blades, but I think the utility blade may be slightly more versatile.  The sad part of it is that I really won't be carrying it anyway as I have the regular Pioneer reserved as an EDC item.  I will have it in the same place (kitchen counter) for the same purpose (letter opener and anything else I think of when in that location) as the Rancher was at home, so it will get a bit of use.  I will post a pic tonight :)

I just got thinking...perhaps I should start a poll about which blade is the favorite around here.  I know we like polls ;)
