Pocket carried a Vic Champion with a home made pocket clip.

How and with what did you make your pocket clip?

I just bent a piece of metal into a pocket hanger with a loop at one end so I can switch saks by using the key ring.  There are a couple of topics where people have made some nice pocket hangers using brass and old spoon handles.  I've been watching ever since for a nice old spoon to convert.
A few months ago Lynn started a thread about using binder clips as pocket suspension clips for SAKs.  It's a pretty easy and cheap way to go in fact.  You just have to have the binder clips that you can take the wire arms off of and put them back on.  Take one arm off, put it through the keyring of your SAK, then reattach the arm to the binder clip, and put the clip on the edge of your pocket.

Thanks for the suggestions guys :salute:

I 've been going with a short piece of paracord and clip, all i do is loop it around a belt or belt loop and let it hang in my pocket. So far that has been the best for me.

The Explorer again today :tu:  The Explorer Appreciation thread has caused me to, well, appreciate it and carry it more this week.  It really is a great combo of size and function, but it's just a bit too thick for pocket carry.  It's doable, but I'm looking to remedy that issue with a suspension clip of some kind.

Hi Swiss man.  That's an awesome looking scout.  How do you like it versus a SAK?

More of a herd mentality I suspect. :D

In fairness today I've already used; Phillips driver, metal file, chisel, small blade, eyeglass driver and toothpick.  So it's not like it's been sitting idle.
