The TechCadet:
I had the Dremmel out and was about to do your mod, when another idea came to mind.  I did some grinding to sharpen the inside edge of the can opener to make it a clam packaging opener.  I did not have a clam pack to open so I tried it on the side of a Gatorade bottle (pretty think plastic) and it worked great.

Nice. :tu:  It's one I keep meaning to do but have never quite gotten around to yet. :-\

OK so I had a bit of free time this morning and put it to some use.  A first glance this might look the same as my first ever mod the Huntsman slim.  However the big difference is that this is only 84mm long. :)

Thanks to Ben X for sourcing me a pair of the 84mm scissors. :tu:

I did a search, but can no info (tutorial?) on replacing scales on Victorinox knife.

Is this easier than it looks?  Any suggestions?

Thanks-

The pictures are on page three.  It's very easy BTW and a great way to make your SAK feel brand new.

It looks like used/replacement scales snap on using bear claws, Barney, or whatever is handy.
New/custom scales need epoxy then?
