The test was done using 2 sebenzas, which makes the result even more interesting.
You can see him getting the second knife and testing it with weights, after the first one fails with the weights, just to make sure that the failure was not from a damaged lock, but it was true for the whole line.

Ah, ok. Thanks for the correction. I didn't notice that part as towards the end I wasn't paying too close attention. I still think it's odd it fails under that low of weight, but I'm not going to use one of mine to text it.

Its a kin to "testing" anything to its point of failure.  Like blowing smurf up, do we expect the item to survive?  No, we just like watching explosions.  No intellectual guidance needed for me. At least that's my take on it.
