Picked these up in a knife lot not too long ago.  The center one is a Leatherman Style.  Not a Vic SAK but thought it was cool enough to include.

Bijou with a sandwich.  Tuna mixed with a dollop of mayo.  Salt.  Pepper.  Rye bread.  I decided that friend WECSOG was right about putting relish on a tuna sandwich.  Mmmm.  Best wishes.  G

When my wife made tuna salad, always blended the tuna with a Dalit of mayo, pickle relish (I prefer sweet) and a chopped egg.
Rye bread is my favorite.  Or, I would toast 2 slices in the same slot.  The outer was toasted and inner side soft and receptive to the mixture applied.

I also did a variant when I was preparing myself, just used TARTAR SAUCE, blended with the tuna. The bread the same way.

I preferred the first.  Also, must add, my wife would always scatter black olive slices on her sandwich.  She loved them, and I not so much.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

So I called my wife over to show her this picture and went 'jeez, I've never thought of relish and tuna salad going together — that sounds gross'. Julia goes 'you know that I've put pickles into every tuna salad I've made for the last 15 years . Apparently I don't have a discerning palate...

Yes, her food is truly outstanding. She makes the best meal I've ever eaten — her chicken pot pie. She is an absolutely excellent cook, and I'm very very lucky. I have, however, gained a truly unacceptable amount of weight since we got married .

Btw, here's a little Princess with T & T and I really like it — so much utility for such a small, light knife (and I really like the no-keyring models).

I swapped out the T & T for black ones, which I think makes the little Princess a lot sleeker! I have the beginnings of a zoo here, birds, tortoises, and cats.
