I got a letter back from Ka-Bar in regards to that folding knife I found back in the day, here’s what they wrote me and the pics I sent in..

Dear Jr,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us and for sending your photos.
Your knife appears to be most likely from the 1930-1940 range. It was considered part of our "folding hunter" pattern that was made for many years.
I hope this information is helpful.
