For the group here, needed to share🌹

Among us is a member that walks quietly yet purposely. Who listens and finds ways to reach out via the electrons of the internet and helps his fellow people to find and locate items.
Our very own MTo genie 🧞‍♂️

Via his assistance, I tracked down and bagged a Leatherman sheath (original) for my PST.

It was dry, it had been used, and after wiping down, then a bath in mineral oil, it is darn near perfectly like new.

Thank you SIR STEVE.  Well done ! :hatsoff:

Post hike snack with coffee
[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

Took a morning narrative hike through the nearby Eagle Marsh Wetlands.
Hung a fix blade on my belt to test if it rides better as designed or if a dangler is better.  The two slip joints rode in the waist pack that I carried cross body.

A “Karen” gave me grief for the ‘huge’ knife on by belt. Before I acknowledged her a much older than me LADY jumped in her face, produced a ESEE 6 from her boot leg and a Izula II from her shirt on a neck line.

MADE FOUR NEW FRIENDS, on this hike, each loving ESEE knives.  Between the five of us, a Nesmuk, 3 - I 2s, ESEE 6 and a 4, and a Ashley Game Knife.  Nature tour with sharpies🤪

Karen didn’t say anything about your “waist pack”?

Likely never noticed, as I used it as a crossbody bag, it is much larger that a “Fanny pack”

Plus great grandma, caught her attention when the 6” blade of the knife was pulled from the sheath inside her boot.

Definitely two different groups on that early morning hike.  The Grey Sharps and Karen’s sheepish lambs.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!
