Picked up a slim 112 to try. Pocket clip taken off as It was super tight. Jack you were right the thumb studs don't unscrew. I tried and got them loose and noticed they are pressed together. I pressed them back for now but may try again later to get them off.

I have used my 110s and 110LT for food prep quite a bit, but not so much the 112 for some reason.
