Day 13:

More yard work today. The Sodbuster cut some string, but I didn't grab an action shot...

I never quite fell in love with the Sodbuster (sorry Dean), but I can't fault anyone else for liking them.  Your wee pen-knife though; that's very much my cup of tea.  :hatsoff:

Day 13/30

No uses for a knife, but I refilled other fountain pen for the Dribbly Nib Challenge. (by my mistake I forgot to flush the old black ink from it properly before)

Thanks all for the compliment on the Jack

Day 13
Today was another Cripple Creek Jack (GEC 14).  It opened a box and cut some tags off new shorts, plus opened some of the best jerky I ever bought.

I’ve just read over this thread with a certain degree of awe. Absolutely fantastic showcase of knives lads. Only wish I’d seen this early enough to get on board. Look forward to the next half of the month.

Jud65, why don't you start now and just finish a couple of weeks after everyone else.  You can do 30 day challenges at any time on your own, but they are more fun with a group.

Day 14 (1)
I accompanied the wife down to the allotment today with my trusty Bullnose in pocket. Not much action to speak of but it is a comfort to carry…

Day 14

A couple of years ago I remembered that my father-in-law had given me some old knives that he'd picked up in an auction job lot.  Most, I have to say, were either broken or utter junk, but a few were worth putting in my pocket.  This Richards is the one I still like to use on a regular basis, even though I own "better" pen-knives these days.

Great pictures on Day 13 by AWL!

Packed for travel, all knives I have with packed in checked luggage of son’s family.  But, sunrise to day, 14th, did not disappoint, last morning waking to surf, wind and 6:30 sunrise!
