C05S w/ATS-55 blade, G-10 handles and a single stainless steel liner.

Dang David you may actually have more Spydies then I do.

Since you are not carrying that "sprint" orange Millie much you should sell it to me for the cheap.  :tu:

I'm looking for used stainless handled spyders that need some love.

I enjoy fixing them up and I'm done with mine.

Until they need it again anyway.

Pm me if you got something fellow spyder nuts.

After years of not having a pocket clip for this knife I finally ordered one. I wanted the older squared style, but was told they did not carry those anymore. To my surprise when it arrived it was the squared version. I also ordered the stainless version which is for the rescue knives, but I like how it looks on the Delica.

Nothing is wrong! I got the Tenacious and Persistence. All of these three are medium sized, not great sized...

I bet I got bigger hands than you. That Ambitious should be as confortable for you as the other two are for me. Quick to deploy, cut like laser, love the sound of the lock getting into place.

Hey, Shark, or anyone else who has 2 cents to put in - I have a question regarding the BYRD line ... are they of a lesser quality or comparable to Spyderco? I'm asking because only recently have I gotten into "regular" knives and these two brands look soooo similar. So ... is BYRD a daughter company or what? Also, here, the BYRD knives are cheaper and way more affordable... so ... what's the difference? Are the Spydies necessarily better than the BYRDS just for being Spyderco? :D

Thanks :tu:

Spyderco is to Byrd what Volkswagen is to SEAT. Basically the same, Byrd is a little less demanding in quality control and finishing. Still good but not the top o'the line.

Check out Spyderco's site:

Search for "byrd".
