It's a mod.  :)  I forgot to mention that in my post, and when I noticed it and went to edit I'd been disconnected.  Still a sweet SAK!

Very nice!
I would suggest, however, to not display both yours and the sender's full addresses.

Wenger Hunting Tool - Basically a Wenger New Ranger 79 with orange handles. Apparently a special run for Germany.

There are at least three different versions available. Looks like they're European rather than just Germany. (Apparently repeating your info.)

I don't have much informations on these Ranger's and the Wenger email posted in the other topic is not clear about which market these knives were produced.
The shop owner where I bought mine told me that this series was commissioned by an hunting club from Austria.
I was not able to confirm this information, but I did notice that the only Swiss Timer website that is showing these knives is the austrian one (www.swiss-timer.at), at least it is the only one I found.
Apart from the above website and the jagdfieber you mentioned, I only saw one or two of them for sale on ebay.de some months ago.

So today I received a very nice Alox Classic (Thanks Hanksolon) and yesterday a 2011 NIB Soldier and was the year of my little girl. Bought expecting a 13 but turned out to be an 11  :drink:

If they're Austrian in origin, wonder why they're marked in English rather than German?

Also a $5 Mechanic.

And a blue Cadet.

That looks fantastic!  I think I need a couple sets of these.  It looks like they did a really nice job and I love how they put a Swiss shield on the clip.
