My guess would be a filler section, a storage section and a lighter section.  At least that would be my guess.  I'd love to have a piece of art like that.  Heck, I might even take up smoking just so I'd have a reason to carry and use it!

This tube is spring loaded.  See pics below

so then the wick cap firmly stays on.

It's because I was "borrowing" them and now he has obviously deleted them.  :D

Basically, one chamber is for the flint, and the other again contains a spring that allows you to lift the whole wick cap arm up and then it springs down shut.  You can then lift the arm up and then rotate when lighting up, then lift again and rotate to cover the wick to extinguish.  Hope that makes sense??

Could be worth droping him an email, mind you the victorinox model's with the lighters, didn't sell in north america, because they fell foul of some silly legislation, so it might be the same deal with this one ???

Was that not more because of a lighter/knife mix though (maybe I should just read the link you've posted?!?!  :D)?  As this is just a lighter I am hoping that there would be no issues.

I think it was something to do with the pressurised fuel, rather than the blade/lighter mix ::)

Sorry to quote myself, but I have emailed Tim and he is unable to get them as they are not sold in the US.  Probably due to the reasons Micky pointed out.

Anyway I'm sure it's fine, the russian postal service is supposed to be quite good, and what with all the postal hassels here over the last few weeks, It's probably been delayed rather than lost :)

I'd still give the seller an email though to be on the safe side :-\

I wouldn't normally even think about it, but I got it from fleabay and the seller had only 1 feedback.  He was paypal though.

Everyone's got to start somewhere.
