Well... I was a little shopping today :D

I finally got several items:

1 Clip ´/ Lanyardring for my Wave(s)
1 LM Blast with the bit extender & bits and the old style yellow lettered sheath (mighty fine looking)
1 Tiny Aluminium keychain tube for some emergency cash (an idea I somehow like)

... and I sent in one of my LM Waves for spa treatment / replacement due to some wobble and heavy dings on the blade as well as some missing parts.

I finally purchased a Spyderco--the Ladybug Salt Hawkbill.  $35 to me was a little high for a small folder, but I know Spydercos are very high quality and secondly I wanted a small folder with full-size cutting ability, a stainless steel that is truly rust-proof, and the Ladybug Salt was the only one that seemed to fit the bill.  I wish it was offered in more handle colors than bright yellow, but at least it will be harder to lose, something that's easy to do with small knives.

Just ordered a CRKT 2861 Hunt 'N Fisch designed by Larry Fischer.  The designer died of pancreatic cancer before this knife got to market and CRKT is donating 100% of the net profits from this knife to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in memory of Larry Fischer.  www.pancan.org.  I think it will be a great EDC fixed blade anyway and it comes with a purple lanyard fob for pancreatic cancer awareness.   My dad survived pancreatic cancer so it felt like I should have one. I should get it by the 11th.  Here's the seller's picture.

Nice find  :tu:  That one is a bit unusual, most of the Fiskars branded Gerber Multi-Pliers I've seen have the large awl from the older versions of the Multi-Plier.

Yes I agree, I've only been able to find one other one like this,  but no info.  It might be newer, but maybe a much more limited run?

Will do.  I'm not too sure about the horizontal carry sheath it comes with.  I'm thinking of getting a leather, back pocket scabbard that will hold this knife and a 4 or 4 and 1/2 inch multitool. Thinking it will pair nicely with a Vic Spirit.

After reading you had this on the way I looked the knife up.  The canted sheath is interesting.  I've come to love sheaths on danglers for outdoor stuff.  I don't mind some of the lower riding ones but those that ride high bug.  Maybe this will work out

Looks like it might be an early one with "US PAT 4238862" as the only handle stampings - these aren't very common   :tu:
