Hey, my in-laws drive a Ka Plus.  :D  In all honesty it's a good little city car from the wee bit of driving I've done in it.  Shame it's got an older generation engine in it but you can't have everything for the money they cost.

From a van to a Ka :ahhh

I once drove from Stuttgart to Croatia with one of those with 3 people and luggage. It's great as a city car, easy to find a parking spit and navigate narrow streets, but it really, really struggled on the Autobahn.

Hope you get a new replacement car that will serve you for a ling time to come.

I'm still rocking my 2004 GMC Sierra that I picked up in 2016.  Fantastic truck, does everything I need.

Great trucks! I have a 2014 GMC Sierra Z71 double cab (extended cab) in Sonoma Jewel Metallic. Bought that a couple years ago and it has been great. Nicest truck I've ever owned. Never thought I would want heated leather seats, but Lady Beagle insisted...and it's like driving my sofa around. Scout the ThundahBeagle occupies the rear bench seat, which is covered by a Kurgo seat cover.

We've got a road trip / off-road trip coming up this May. My nephew out in Montana is getting married, so I'm taking my vacation and driving out from Boston. Took the air dam off the bottom of the front bumper and installed Bilstein 5100's for a 2 inch level ride, so we can handle whatever comes at us when we drive through the Badlands and whatnot.

Got a call today to pick up my repaired Focus Wagon.

When it broke down, I was like "and you can keep that pile of ***"!"

After 24h I felt sorry for leaving her like that... Probably because of the Ka... plus.

So I could almost hug it after getting the keys back.

Back into my comfy seat... "Hey there arm rest... I missed you"
"Oh hello annoying voice command lady!"
"Ah, there's my playlist..."
"Yes, let's just use cruise control" while I put my sunglasses on and turn up the volume (in a row, not at the same time).

We're back on the road for another day... Maybe 2...

Starter engine was bust.
Took them only 4 months to figure that out ::)
It was first reported to them by the previous driver in November.

True... But from the 130HP, heavy van to a 105HP, lighter Station wagon to an 80HP Ka plus was... A bit too much

Truth be told it's not a car I'd pick for myself either.  I definitely need a bigger load space.  However it's very good at being the car it's supposed to be (if that makes sense).

I drive a 17 Honda Fit 6 speed manual. Sad that Honda dropped them in the States after the model year. I swear I see as many Fits as Civics around here.

It's early riding season here in Canada  :woohoo:

Photo from last fall. Yes I know it looks silly to have a 46L top case on a sport-style bike but it's sure handy.

Here is another shot of her, it drives extremely nicely. I got the 2lt trim with z51 package and the magnetic ride suspension. It’s really smooth and quick as hell! One of the best cars I’ve had and I’ve owned the whole gambit of cars through the years...

Awesome car! I've always liked the C4 because it was an iconic car in my youth but this C8 looks amazing

Pro tip if you like that type of car: don't live in the Netherlands :ahhh

As with Reinier 'my Vette' is C4, but do love them all. C8 has really bought the magic back for me. C7 and C8 whilst fastest ever so far had design features that I did not like, but mid-engined one? Wow, just wow

I upgraded my old 2004 GMC last year for a 2015 Ram Ecodiesel.  It's been an awesome truck so far, and averages around 23 mpg, around 10mpg better than my last truck LOL.

And about a month ago I picked up a 2014 Triumph America.  After a looong hiatus from motorcycles it was time to ease back in.  This Triumph is the perfect bike to keep me rubber side down while I get used to riding again.  Out of my previous 7 motorcycles, 5 were sportbikes, and way too fast.  I think I'll either convert this Triumph into a bobber, or upgrade to either one of Triumph's bigger models or a Harley next year.

The wife doesn't know about that last part...
