Alright I'll let you know if I need you to get me some. There's no surplus stores near by, but I might be able to order some on the web.

I get most of my paracord from Rotokid.

A "For Sale" sign, and some price tags would make it even more personal ;)

nah, kinda forbidden, the "for sale" part. Funny thing is though, I want to give them away, but nobody is taking. I though free stuff was always good?

It's been my experience that people in an office environment are reluctant to take free items from other workers. They tend to feel that they then "owe" you something.

Made a lanyard for my Arborman MKII, it's an modified monkey fist knot.

I also turned the beads out of aluminum.

I am attempting to make my first bracelet after a generous donation of para cord from Chain Gang. I used the braid in the video linked at the bottom. My only issue is I have no idea what knot to use to finish it.  Any video links?

I would use the double overhead knot.

check TIAT videos on you tube, there is where I got most of my knots knowledge from:

http://www.fusionknots.com/graphics/gallery/knots/index.html

clikc on a knot, and it will link you to youtube.

Captain, here you can see the usual thing I do, and blood knot (the loop) and teh double overhand knot. The bracelet is the zipper sinnet.

My son needed a thumb drive for use in his computer class, but I could see how it would slide out of his note book and get lost.  I used a little red paracord and an S Biner to make a lanyard so he could clip it securely in place.   Its a simple job using a hangman's not at each end.

An 18" long paracord and guacho bead lanyard, loop on one end, swivel snap hook on the other.  The beads are tied with 1.4mm cord and spaced between series of two strand wall knots...

I found yet another use for paracord. I broke my favorite coffee mug handle. So I glued it back together, and to stiffen it, I am using paracord with a ringbolt hitching pattern and will add either epoxy or clear acrylic to finish it up.
If I remember correctly, wait, what was I saying?
