M, You should apply for your hacker badge   :tu:
Ha, I've been trying for badges and doing it wrong :ahhh
I didn't do a step by step pictorial for any hacks I've done either.

Just post a link to this one when you request the hacker badge

http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,64617.msg1225711.html#msg1225711

Should be good enough for a badge
That's what I did with a couple others, but it didn't work.  They were old posts though, so that may have been the problem.

If it were the old posts I would've said so, the others were fine and got badges.
The watch one only had links to your image hosting and didn't get a badge.
It's not that big a deal, just try again.

Don't yell at me Zman :ahhh
I didn't know the others worked, so that's cool.  I don't know what I did different with the watch one, but I tried with a different pic.  Sorry for my dense brain in this process, and thanks for your help buddy :salute:

Think the rebar is the most versatile of the full-size multitools.

Nice collection you've got there. I've never even heard of MP650/700

Well I've been collecting for 25 years, just never signed up for forum, what I have listed is just a portion of my collection. Forum has a 300 word limit, so I haven't inlcuded any of my SAKs or bucks, etc... Have approximately 250 tools. The MP 650 is a retired Gerber with interchangeable plier heads and the MP 700 is also called the Gerber Urban Legend. With current trends I see fewer makers of multi-tools and believe only handful of companies will exist in the near future. Just have to enjoy them while we can I guess.

I have always liked the idea of the changeable plier heads but I guess it just never caught on :-\ Would be very handy in certain situations but I guess a bit tedious to carry or keep up with the different heads :D

Anyone know the point of leatherman squaring off the edges of the plier heads, like on the Rebar? I seem to prefer the much more rounded look and feel.
