Not a multitool or sak, but a new everyday toy came in yesterday, the Mrs tried it out and well, so did I, needless to say, “shaken not stirred”! I tried it out and it definitely brought back some memories, like when I was in my teens and I had to use a gas tamper out on a job site, start it up and after 3-5min then run for the outhouse! The legs are soooo feeling it, while on it you want to scratch especially the thighs, yet as soon as it’s over it’s like ahhhhh what a relief..

Well, it’s not a multitool but it uses multiple tools to turn it into diff tools :think: did I say that right? I’ve been after one of these for idk how long, I made one similar back in the day but I had to leave it behind, so now if this is real and not some joke I’ll have a portable table saw / router table,, I asked the Mrs and she looked it over and said alls good and bought it, so I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.. oh I hate waiting!

Stopped buying stuff for a few years, got distracted.

The YouTube algorithm was so kind to show me some Victorinox videos a few weeks ago, and the fire started burning again.

Checked out some reviews, found out I had an account on here, done some reading.

So, without further ado, the stuff I bought in the last 4 or so weeks:

That last one will be my pocket carry for next year. Has everything I want / need on a knife, and nothing I don't need.

Well, it appears that my discretionary spending is over for this year.  My last order of this and that arrived in the mailbox this afternoon. Along with some paracord, some 5mm stainless chain and a AAA flashlight, I got this no-name multitool knife. Fairly decent quality.  Knife is sharp and the scissors cut my paracord.  I've gotta tighten up one set of the pivot screws and as usual the cross-point screwdriver doesn't lock.  But it was inexpensive and will go into my tool bag.

For some reason I just had to get the small level for the tool bag also.  At 4 inches it fits nicely with all the other small stuff.

My front porch sits around 7 feet off the ground and my granddaughter has a bad habit of dropping things over the side.  I thought that a small gravity hook might be useful to save me the trip up and down the steps.  We'll see how it works.

Lastly, I got my wife a set of camping cutlery, to keep in her car.  I already have one and really like the size of the spoon.
