Unknown MT in The Punisher (2004)

The Schrade Tough Tool has the tools in the handles angled 90 degree to what we are used to on a butterfly opening MT, so I guess it´s none. It does not look familiar to me , might be soem cheap hardware store MT?!

Cheapo I think was the general concensus the last time someone posted this sighting.  But, that was a while ago, and I'm wondering if anyone else has any other thoughts?
