Here's a mini multi-blade from China, about 3 cm ( a little over an inch).

Mine was made by a member of a flashlight collecting forum.  He says his fingers get very sore working with such a tiny implement.  This is damascus steel.
It even has a sharp edge!  I'm more worried about breathing in too deep and snorting it than I am cutting myself with it.  :rofl:

Just figured it out: this one was made by a Canadian named Yvon Vachon. Sadly, he passed in 2001, so it will be darn hard to get one.

I've asked many knife makers to make me a miniature (not even a SAK), and they shy away from it.
They say the tooling is different and for some reason the cost involved is VERY expensive.
It's a labor of love for knife makers to make such intricate knives.
