I was once in a Fish and Chip shop on the proverbial 'dark and rainy night' in Auld Reekie. I had stumbled in mostly to get out of the cold rain. I decided to order the fish and chips and was then asked if I wanted "saul and sawwwce". "Sure".  The sauce turned out to be HP sauce. Very tasty on the greasy chips and fish. Good stuff.  :tu:

HP's not as good as it used to be, it got bought over by a Dutch company (I think) and they promptly up sticks and moved production to Holland (after saying they wouldn't). I prefer the HP Fruity to the original, don't know if I would know the difference between the old and the dutch version.
