Yeah, just a fairly dense bit of steel and brass I guess.  The "thumb stud" is the winder on my watch though I can totally see why it looks like a blade stud.   :)

Merit Badges Find him! Post your pocket dump photos then challenge two more members who must post their pocket dump photos within 24hrs for you to get the badge. Must update or add a page on the Multitool.org Multitool Encyclopedia Participate in a Challenge thread, carry a ratcheting tool, and post a photo every day for 30 consecutive days. Participate in a Challenge thread, carry a Leatherman Bond, and post a photo every day for 30 consecutive days. Carry an orange item and post a picture of it everyday for 30 days. Start a thread with a photo of at least ten OPT's in your collection Participate in a challenge by carrying  a Leatherman Pulse or ST200 and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days. The Top one is an Arto Rouennais Slipjoint I got when I was in France, totally an impulse buy when I saw it in a knife shops in Southern France.  One may argue the design left something to be desired for(the pivot is totally off centerline) but the fit and finish is perfect when considering it is a handmade knife.

Internet shopping is still usually to convenient for me to buy something at a regular store though and thatbis usually the only exception to this :ahhh :D
