Just messing around with coke cans and a SAK

So the Nessmuk challenge (in particular ReamerPunch) got me in a crafty/preppery mood so I took the small blade of my Explorer to a couple coke cans to make tea light lanterns (using th plier head on my wave to dent a flat portion to make it more stable). Honestly I'm really surpsired how effective these are, the second picute the lantern is the only source of light and you could easily read/write by it if it was on your desk:

Thanks guys, you Nessmuk chaps had me wandering down by the river today with a ruck full of fun things to take pictures of, terrible influences I was exposed directly to fresh air and exercise  :facepalm:

Thanks for the vid RP  :tu: I think at some point I'll try and do a cleaner version of them (I made two yesterday), in the meantime I have to see how long Mrs Geared is willing to sit in a room lit by home made lanterns  :whistle:
