Day 19
Outrider helped with a late night (or early morning snack).  Opened the can of tomato sauce to dip mozzarella sticks in and opened a bottle of beer.

Outrider again.  Trying to decide if I should register the Honda Trail bike another year at $134 or put it on non-operation status for $23.  :dunno:  Haven't ridden it in over a year.
But then the minute I put it on non-op, I'll want to ride it.

Day 19

No use today, here is Trekker posing next to a cast iron skillet I got quite recently.  After sanding down the rough bottom of the Lodge cast iron skillet, I seasoned it by baking in 9 layers of sunflower oil and I felt it now should have sufficient layer of protection for its maiden use.

111mm Day 19:

I have been carrying the Hercules (my new favorite pocket knife) in a caddy in my front pocket. This worked well; however, the caddy was not designed for such a thick knife. Getting the knife in and out was a bit slow. Putting the knife away usually required me to take the caddy out, fir the knife back into the caddy, then put the sheathed knife back into the pocket. Not a big deal, but I thought I'd try something a little different for the rest of the challenge:

I love those bikes Lisa!  I remember riding one a long time ago.  I'd heard rumors they were coming back to the US awhile back....if so I'd love to grab one.  Go ahead and register it.  That bike is way too cool to just sit  :D

I do register it every year, but with 7 others that I also register every year, each one at $134 per year it is adding up.
Can you believe this travel trailer is only $2 to register every year.

Yeah, I can see what you mean...it adds up!  $2??  And a motorcycle is $134???  Only at DMV   We've been looking at getting a camper for our adventures.  I love that LIsa!  I have a NIssan Frontier, which I believe would pull that one.

Yes, this trailer can be pulled by a Nissan Frontier.  In Calif., if the trailer is 16' or under the costs for renewal is $10 every 5 years, so $2 a year.  Other states vary.

Day 19

I had to borrow my daughter's car yesterday, and look what I saw in her driver's side door slot (along with sunscreen and a tire guage) - I had given it to her for her car last year, and it qualifies as a 111.  I guess the use is my peace of mind, knowing she has it to use.
