Day 21 -
Had difficulty getting the day started, but made work of it.  Visited son at hospital, dealing with unknown infection in leg, but concern with it moving to heart. He is a terrible patient.
Then afternoon meeting with financial firm, annual review to determine if more knifes can be acquired.    Since busy in Urban environment, I took only 1 cutter with me, and when home it was put to work stabbing a cupcake and freeing it from the paper.

Cool knives  :like:

I have never heard of Cattaragus.

Cattaragus was one of the early big Cutlery Co's. 1886-1963. Although I dont think they made any pocket knives after 1940 or some where in that neighborhood. Here is a couple links for an entry level of Cattaragus Cutlery history:

Didnt know that Case making  few knives under CCC. A G Russell and probably others have over the years also    :)    All four of the Case brothers worked for Cattaragus Cutlery at one time. If you study cutlery history you will find a lot of inter connected relationships between the a lot of the Cutlery Co's. Case brothers had their hands in a lot of it.

I used the Kershaw Culpepper to harvest a couple of pineapples.  I've been growing dozens of them for many years now and I rarely get any fruit.  When I do get fruit they are never any bigger than a softball.  Maybe I should water and fertilize them since generally ignoring them doesn't do much for production.

Hopefully you did not nick your tongue badly  :tu:

And I hope your son recovers soon. I had a MRSA infection 3 years ago which required surgery. I felt bad for 5 days until until the abcess was removed.
No, I did not, run my tongue across the blade or my finger.  The PSA was a warning to remind.  If you remember we did have a couple of us who did a finger slice while wiping down blades.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!
