Day 12

I used the main blade to break down some boxes for the recycle bin.

Day 12

I went out tonight with a friend. When we left the bar, it was raining cats and dogs. Of course, this was the precise moment my bicycle's back light mount got stuck. Luckily, I had the MiniChamp to fix the problem. Honestly, I cannot praise the combo tool highly enough!

Great use Simon! :like: :tu: :tu:

Apologies for being MIA with my postings.  Busier weekend than I anticipated.

Belated Day 11
What could this be that my MC is helping me open?

Day 12
Had to do some yard work today and this was the first time I wasn't sure if the MC would be up to the task.  I had to cut the trimmer line so I could finish up the edging.  I shouldn't have doubted my trusty MC.  Cut the line like a mini champ.  See what I did there...

Back to the suspicious package.  It's an unnecessary Swiss Army travel alarm clock I picked up at auction.  It looks brand new with the original unused battery.

May the best of your past, be the worst of your future.

Day 12 of 30:
Decided I should probably clean out my valet tray. I bought it to collect my pocket things each day instead of my hat on the counter. Well, that didn't play out like I thought it would. The hat still collects the daily things, and my valet tray collects the rotation. As you can see, it was quite full... not including the other non-SAK things in it. Minichamp is in there somewhere. It also got used to open a few trinkets my daughter bought with her birthday money today.

That's a very cool rotation right there!

If you'll excuse my curiosity, what's the vial next to the Altoids tin in the valet tray?  A memento?

Continuing a theme started by  Simon Templar, Day 13 needed the application of the MC to fixing a new rear reflector on the mountain bike.......

You just need a larger valet tray   What's the blue one next to the sharpener?

No problem! My sister gave it to me when many years ago when she was little. It contains a bunch of small Peridot (my birth stone).

It is a Bow & Oake "Jackpine" Field Master.

Well, dental problems yesterday and my doctor visit today.  Have no idea what he meant when he said " You're beating the odds".  I guess that may have been a compliment.  IDK.

On the way home I stopped and picked up a drink and hung around the Walmart parking lot just watched people going in and out.

I see you put a ring on it.  Are you going to make a weensie little lanyard for it?  Might make a nice zipper pull.  Best wishes.  G
