This PINK lady is very special to me. :tu: 8)
I got this the week we found out my wife had cancer ,  last year.
They don't make a TEAL one (the ribbon color of my wife's cancer) , but Spyderco has the funds (for PINK handled knives) go to several areas of cancer for women which is very cool IMPO.

I hope your wife is completely healed.

Your wife's pink Spyderco is an updated version of Bob Lum's Chinese folder.

This is one of the original Lum folders.

Carried my Cruwear Millie at work today and one of my co workers was trying to load refrigerator and washing machine boxes into the compactor.

Why not just cut them I ask. To thick he says.

Whip out the Millie and proceed to zip through the boxes like a hot knife through umm boxes.

Co worked awed, Cruwear unimpressed and still sharp. Beer thirty if you ask me.

This possibly isn't the first time this knife has been posted in this thread - its a bit long to go back and check lol. Not sure how many years I've had it now, but its used virtually daily for something or other and still looks as good as new :)

I used to come here a lot.

I was worried about buying from Amazon as I read on here that people have bought spyderco a from Amazon then swapped them with fakes and returned them

I've only had that problem when I've bought from their Warehouse Deals section. I had a ZT that was swapped for a SanRemu and a Vic CT41 that was swapped for a CT34. Both times, Amazon returns sorted me out with no hassle and free returns. I try to avoid buying from non-Amazon (or not shipped by Amazon) sellers.

If it says new and is shipped/sold by Amazon, I have had no problems.

Congrats Weasel, love the little worker.
Once you cross the $100 mark then going to $150 or even $200 is not a big thing.

Some knives are just worth it.

I'm not a hard core Spyderco fan like I am a LM fan but they sure make some outstanding knives.  What a diverse selection of tools they have.  If you cannot find a Spyderco to fit your needs then you just aren't looking hard enough IMO.

I gravitate towards my Native and Delica both fully serrated.  I got a nice waved Delica PE but I really like Spyderco serrations.  Again, there is a Spyderco for everyone IMO.
