I have a pair of laser cut walnut scales here, 91mm side. What to put them on...

Those are totally awesome! :tu: :2tu:
I think they'd look good on a slimmer model such as a Spartan/Compact/Camper/Climber.

Custom Victorinox with engraved/polished brass scales. The engravement is far from perfect, but have the engraver from friday, so.... need a lot of practice..

Beautiful  :tu:

Craftsman, if it were me. Such a nice 91 mm model and never done with fancy scales from factory like the SwissChamp, Climber and Huntsman were.

Regardless of the personal preference (heck, even a Spartan would do if that's desired) these scales look great  :salute:

I received these today. A GAK, a Pocket Pal, two smooth Classics one w/o keyring and an older Pioneer with brass liners. Is this Pioneer the one they call the SturdyBoy?

Very cool. I personally do not remember ever seeing a half serrated or that type of serration on a SAK. Either way I like it.  :tu:

Victorinox did a number of serrated knives in addition to the McKinley, which is a half-serrated Tinker. The Weekender is a full-serrated Spartan, and the Rainier is a half-serrated Huntsman. There's also the Outdoorsman, which is a distinct model with fully serrated blade.

Very nice find. I also have just the silver version.
I was bidding on a Red one last year but it went too high for me.  :ahhh
Another collector I know seems to think there was also a version in blue?
But i've not seen one yet.

At the show today (which was dismal, but that's another matter entirely), I picked up a Pioneer for myself, and lo and behold, also a Daypacker with brass liners.  :climber:
